Father Gregory Hohnholt attended seminary at Holy Cross Greek Orthodox School of Theology and graduated with a Masters of Divinity in 2004. He was ordained a priest on June 13, 2004 by Metropolitan Isaiah at Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church in Dallas, TX, where he served the Holy Trinity community from June of 2004 until March of 2008. In March of 2008, he was transferred to serve under the Omophorion of Metropolitan Nicholas of Detroit and was assigned to Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church in Nashville, TN, serving there from March of 2008 until September of 2019. Father Hohnholt now serves the community of the Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Cathedral in Carmel, IN.
Father Lucas Christensen

Fr. Lucas Lynn Christensen has served the community of Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Cathedral of Indianapolis as Associate Priest since August 2026, and previously as Assistant Priest from 2016–2020. He earned his Ph.D. in Theology from the University of Notre Dame in 2025, received his M.Div. at Holy Cross Greek Orthodox School of Theology in 2016, and his B.A. in Pastoral Theology from Concordia University Wisconsin in 2004.
Fr. Lucas teaches courses in preaching and liturgical studies, currently serving as Lecturer at Holy Cross Greek Orthodox School of Theology. He recently co-authored The Divine Services of the Orthodox Church: With Commentary, and his forthcoming book explores how vividly descriptive homilies function like icons.
Fr. Lucas has been married to Presv. Stacey since 2003; they have two children. He enjoys music, poetry, art, film, and photography.
