Forgetting what lies behind and straining forward to what lies ahead, I press on toward the goal for the prize of the upward call of God in Christ Jesus. -Philippians 3:13-14

Throughout 2021, a group of approximately 50 parishioners representing the diversity found within our parish, volunteered their time, talents, thoughts, and ideas to develop a robust strategic plan that will aid in fulfilling a Christ-centered mission for Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Cathedral of Indianapolis (HTC). 

Together this committee, supported by our faithful clergy, spent months combing through the finest of details to analyze feedback and data from parishioners to develop the “why” that drives our  parish and what we are called to do as a parish community to honor and glorify God. 

Together through consensus, we developed the strategic plan seen below to determine what we will accomplish in order to fulfill our mission and vision.

The three Goal Teams, Gather the People, Make Disciples, and Give Thanks, meet regularly and are actively working to complete the steps outlined to reach the goals of the strategic plan. To see a dashboard marking their progress please click here.
